Everything You Need To Know About DDA Housing Scheme 2023


November 21, 2023: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is launching its Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023, featuring over 32,000 flats, including luxury penthouses, with registrations starting on November 24. The scheme includes flats for super high-income (SHIG), high-income (HIG), middle-income (MIG), low-income (LIG), and economically weaker sections (EWS). Over 1,100 luxury flats, including penthouses and HIG residences, will be available at Dwarka 19B.
